This two bedroom, two bath condo will accommodate up to six with a king size bed in the master bedroom (new mattresses Feb 2012), twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofabed in the living room.

    Some maintenance and updating issues. Linens are way past due for updating and the toilets were both broken; my spouse fixed them. They need rebuilding. The shower curtain in the master bath was moldy. Otherwise, everything was fine!

    We love coming to Lands End. There were 97 in our group. We spend the majority of our time at the beach. when we do visit the pool the staff and residents are NOT nice. They police every move we make. I would suggest them getting with their board and asking residents not to rent to visitor if that is not what they desire rather than taking it out on us.
    Sand shoes outside a door is far from a reason to pay a visit and be rude.

    This property was perfect for our first trip to Florida. The location was gated, so I didn't have to worry about "Spring Breakers" ruining our trip. The grounds were well kept, and the staff was nearby most of the time. I stopped by the Waterfront Vacation Rentals office and received more information about their properties for our next visit. On a scale of 1-100 with 100 the best, this location, our condo, and the experience, scored a 97!

    Land's End is beautiful. The connecting waters lend themselves to a variety of fun filled activities. Morning walks on the beach and boardwalk began EVERY day with an adventure. I would definitely stay again.

    The location at Lands End and location of this condo in particular was perfect. We were looking for something quiet and close to the beach. The beach and the views are awesome. The pool is wonderful as well. The condo's location and views were spectacular. We were a bit disappointed in the condo's interior. The dining and kitchen floors needed repair. The sliding door blinds needed repair and the sliding door was very difficult to open and did not lock. The stove, microwave and dishwasher seemed to be the originals from 1987 when the condo was built. They were difficult to use because they are so old. Since we had planned to do all our eating in, it made cooking difficult. The furniture and decor are dated but otherwise fine. Except for the balcony furniture which was damaged. Overall this condo needs an over due update. But we would stay again at Lands End for its location and views. We had a wonderful stay in spite of the problems with the condo.
