  Absolutely surpassed our expectations! From the size of the condo to the magnificent view everything was great. The Lands End complex offers a very secluded but complete package of amenities yet it is close to anything you would need with a short 5-10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this to others and am looking forward to a return visit.

  My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Lands End. The Condo was beautiful and very clean. The washer and dryer really helped us keep the towels clean and dry. The view was amazing and amenities great. The only thing that was not good about the condo was the lock box. It was old and very hard to get into. That was the ONLY negative part of the experience.. and I could live with that. Look forward to going back one day.

  My family had a great time staying in this vacation rental. It was in good condition & clean. The bay view from my patio was excellent. I will recommend this vacation rental to my friends.
  Though I have some comments on this vacation rental,
  1. No extra toilet paper was available, I purchased it from near by store.
  2. Trash bags were not enough for whole stay.

  Lands End is a great condo on the beach. Great location, beautiful grounds/pool/beach, etc. The condos itself are a little older and outdated. Mainly the bathrooms were outdated with the particular place we stayed at. Kitchen was updated at least.

  We've stayed at land's end for 8 or 9 years now. This unit was in the worst shape of any. Bathrooms dirty (dirt, hair, mold, grout disgusting), floors sandy/dirty upon arrival (no rugs for tile floors at the beach??), furniture bare bones (comfy couches though), master bed not even fully made upon arrival, matresses on all beds several years past due for changing (lumpy, worn down). Fan in master inoperable b/c no pull. Kitchen nice and happy with 4th floor and wireless. Waterfront staff very helpful as always. Unit just suffering from neglect.

  WE have stayed at Land's End on and off since 2000. We have stayed in two different units during our stays. 6-405 is an end unit and different floorplan. It was not as nicely decorated but was more spacious and had a better view.
  The staff at Waterfront Rentals in the past was always very accommodating and helpful. I felt this past stay, they were not as friendly as in the past.

  Land's End is a beautiful condo complex that allows you to get away from the crowded beach scene. It's close to the water but away from the crowds. Well-maintained. Waterfront has a very helpful staff. The condo we stayed in had a beautiful view, though the condo itself could use a few updates/improvements (newer linens, updated fixtures, a little general maintenance). It felt a little like 1980s or 1990s decor and furniture. But still a comfortable stay, nice appliances, W/D in the condo. Nice pool (kids said it was a little cold and under 17 can't use the hot tubs.) The bar across the canal can get a little loud (We were there on St Patrick's Day), but the condos are fairly sound-proof with the windows shut, and if you're facing the gulf like we were, it shouldn't be an issue for you.

  We had a fantastic and relaxing stay. The view was wonderful, the beach wasn't crowded, and the pool was great as well. The condo was nicely furnished and clean with all needed cooking essentials. I would definitely return.
